High accuracy
INCA3's advanced calibration techniques make it by far the most accurate photogrammetric camera ever made. V-STARS S/8 system offers accuracy of +/- 5µm + 5µm per meter
Fast
All points of the object are measured simultaneously.
INCA3 can take photos at 2 frames per second.
The INCA3 integrated computer scans images in real-time and detect potential problems as well.
The images are compressed from 8MB down to 800KB without loss of information on the measured points.
INCA3 can transfers photos to the computer via WiFi.
Processing images can take a few minutes and depends on images numbers.

Robust
INCA3 is designed to operate in the demanding environnements and conditions found in industry.
INCA3 provides laboratory quality and accuracy without requiring laboratory conditions.
Portable
INCA3 camera is 210 x 125 x 135mm (L x L x H) wide and weighs less than 2kg
A notebook computer can be used with V-STARS for all configurations. The entire system can be carried on-board an airplane or checked as standard baggage,
so INCA3 can go with you anywhere in the world.
Non contact
As VSTARS operates with photos, there is no contacts with the measured object, thus providing:
- No deformation of the object, even if it is very sensitive.
- Measurement of moving objects.
- Measurement through a glass or under water.
- Measurement in demanding environnements (pressure, temperature, radioactivity, ...)

Measurements made with VSTARS are not influenced by object's vibration or movement(eg: object can move during measurement).

No warmup time
It takes approximatively 40 seconds for the onboard computer to start. INCA3 is then ready to go.
No volume limit of the mesured object
VSTARS is especially adapted to measure high and medium sized object.
Objects can be as large as 200 meters. Once the system can see the points on the photos, it can measure them.

Ease of use even with congestion constraints.
The system does not need to see all points in one single shot.
With V-STARS system, we can consider each shooting position as a station. Thus it suffices to take photos from several positions to get all the points measured in one time.
